2010 CPU Nationals

Island power is travelling to Quebec city from the 7th of April to the 12th. John MacDonald, Erin Quinn, Kyler Burke, Nathan Conway, JP Richard, Kevin Cudmore, Matt MacLean, Sam Arsenault, Heather Ayles and Mr Nationals himself Tom Nicholls are all in a quest for  gold.

After back to back performances at the 2010 Arnold Classic on March 5th and 6th. John MacDonald won silver and bronze, competing in both the Concrete Raw Challenge and then throwing his gear on for the Quest Invitational the following day!

2009 Eastern Canadians was a huge success. Big Alex Mardell fulfilled his personal goal by making Canadian Powerlifting Union history becoming the first lifter to exceed the 1000Kg total barrier. Many other lifters performed extremely well, setting numerous Canadian and Provincial Records. RESULTS
